Mylos has been associated with a complete dining experience in Santorini for years. In 2025, it expands to Glyfada, bringing the same philosophy and Mediterranean–Asian cuisine to the Athenian Riviera.

Defined by balance, atmosphere, and attentive service, the experience extends beyond the plate, with every detail carefully considered.

Mylos Glyfada will temporarily pause operations from 15 June through 30 September 2026.
As Mylos Group enters the peak summer season, our focus shifts to Santorini, where Mylos continues its presence with an expanded hospitality and dining experience.
We look forward to welcoming you back to Mylos Glyfada from 1 October 2026, with renewed energy and exciting plans for the winter season.

Executive Chef Ektoras Trakasopoulos leads the Mediterranean identity of the menu, shaped by international experience and a focus on clarity of flavour and technical precision.

Sushi Chef Konstantinos Sbiliris oversees the sushi bar, guiding its daily expression through a philosophy grounded in precision, balance and respect for ingredients. His role focuses on the execution and continuous refinement of each dish, maintaining the integrity of the menu.
