Mylos has been associated with a complete dining experience in Santorini for years. In 2025, it expands to Glyfada, bringing the same philosophy and Mediterranean–Asian cuisine to the Athenian Riviera.

Executive Chef Ektoras Trakasopoulos leads the Mediterranean identity of the menu, shaped by international experience and a focus on clarity of flavour and technical precision.

Executive Sushi Chef Vasilis Chalvantzaras defines the Asian direction of the menu, having developed its core, while overseeing the sushi bar and its creations. His approach is shaped by ingredient quality, balance, and attention to detail.
